This! This right here is the redeeming factor for all other previous manga live-action films (Bleach and Dragonball Z, I’m looking at you). The expansive story is done beautifully and is well aligned with the original, which was done with great respect and involvement of the creator Eiichiro Oda. This is further proof that in order to create a masterpiece, the original artist needs to be involved in the entire story.
