LOOKING for a quick treat? something to impress your guests with minimal fuss? you have come to the right place as we have a cake recipe that takes only seven minutes to bake.
Ingredients
1 cup flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup boiling water
Method
- Sift dry ingredients
- Whisk eggs
- Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the eggs
- Mix in boiling water and oil
- Grease and line a round microwave dish
- Pour mixture in and microwave on high for 6 minutes
- Allow cake to stand in microwave for a minute
- Turn out onto a plate
- Decorate as desired
This is super easy and delicious, no one would be able to tell you made it in seven minutes in the microwave
