The Muck Run
What? The Muck Run (pictured) is a fun obstacle course over 5km and suitable for everyone – If you can laugh, then you are ready for it. No special training is required, no special equipment is required. Come have a BLAST in the mud and 10+ obstacles that will get you as dirty as possible. The event is built for laughs, but we’re also on a serious mission: to support people less fortunate than ourselves. Bring all your unwanted clothing and donate this together with your dirty race kit and we’ll ensure it goes to a worthy cause.

City Lodge Hotels 3 Beaches Challenge
What? Established in 2012, this fun new-style event is the City Lodge Hotels Group 3 Beaches Challenge, an exciting team and individual Swim-Run race along the stunning Port Elizabeth beachfront. This year’s event starts at POLLOK BEACH at 9.30 am and consists of 4 stages along our magnificent beachfront passing the City Lodge Hotels before finishing back at Kings Beach.
