The countdown is officially on for the return of JBay Surf Fest 2025, a ten-day celebration of surf, sport, music, and adventure running from 11 to 20 July in Jeffreys Bay.
From pro surfing at one of the world’s best breaks to beach volleyball, martial arts, mountain biking, and a beachfront music fest, this year’s programme is packed. Whether you’re a hardcore surfer, festival fan, outdoor adventurer or just love a good vibe, JBay Surf Fest has something for you.
At the heart of the action is the Corona Cero Open JBay, the only African stop on the World Surf League Championship Tour. Tens of thousands of spectators are expected to descend on JBay, with the festival forecast to inject over R100 million into the local economy.
Festival Director Ari Kraak says, “This year’s programme is the most inclusive yet, with everything from premium ticketed experiences to free public events and strong community involvement.”
