How To Help Gift Of The Givers Assist NMB

THE Gift of the Givers has once again shown why they are not only the largest disaster response, non-governmental organization of African origin, but also the most relied on when they swooped in to assist NMB this past week.

Although rain is desperately needed in Gqeberha heavy downpours missed catchment areas and severely affected predominantly informal settlements in Nelson Mandela Bay.

Gift of the Givers received calls from disaster management, counsellors and community members to assist the communities whose homes and possessions have been substantially affected.

Blankets, food and hygiene packs have been distributed but with a reported 2000 people affected there is still much need for assistance.
