AS I’m rushing around packing last-minute Winter Woolies for a quick break in my favourite city in the world, I have to laugh thinking of how well travelled my Fitness bands are!

Twenty-five years ago, we were ensconced in the vastness of Toronto’s fast-paced city life, experiencing many degrees centigrade less than our extremities had ever been subjected to.
It was around this time that, due to my resistance to minus 30 something, I made the choice to design challenging AT-HOME Workouts.
My BYOG Method has been used hundreds of times since, to design workouts for both my own and other Personal trainer’s space and weather-challenged clients!
The world is your playground! You only have to look around you and use your imagination.
Stairs are fabulous for Cardio and building strength in the Quads and Glutes. Space is all you need for dancing up a storm and burning off some fat. And I never go anywhere without my die-hard resistance bands!
