But instead of the focus being on the teams’ performances, much of the conversation has been dominated by concerns over Old Grey FC enjoying home-ground advantage for such a crucial match.

Suggestions such as Westbourne Oval, Galvandale Stadium, and Wolfson Stadium have been put forward as alternatives that could have ensured a level playing field.
