Park United FC will head into their final match of 2025 sitting comfortably at the top of the NMB Regional League Stream A, with seven points from their first three games.

Head Coach Warren “Wago” Manuel says the team’s strong early-season form is the result of lessons learned during their campaign in the NAFA playoffs.

“We adapted to different styles of football, and that helped us start well,” said Coach Wago.

Looking ahead to their final fixture of the year against Red Lion FC, he says the team plans to play to their strengths while keeping a few surprises in store.

“Red Lion is a good side, but we’ll focus on what we do best and we have a few surprises,” he added with a smile.

The coach believes his squad is well-equipped to handle the pressure of leading the log heading into the festive break.

“This group thrives under pressure. Our slogan ‘First Never Follows’ keeps everyone motivated.”

As Park United FC prepares for a short break before the league resumes in January, Coach Wago says the focus remains on growth and consistency.

“We want to finish the year strong and tighten up defensively before the restart,” he said.

With confidence high and momentum on their side, Park United FC will look to close out 2025 unbeaten, setting the tone for a strong run in the new year.
